Passion Gaming Private Limited is seeking a Customer Service Executive proficient in Kannada and Tamil. Responsibilities include addressing customer queries via voice, chat, and email (inbound and outbound), aiming for a high First Call Resolution (FCR) rate. Maintaining professional standards and adhering to standard operating procedures are crucial. Following up on customer requests to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction is a key aspect of the role. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in customer service, experience with CRM tools, and excellent oral communication skills in Kannada and Tamil. Experience in the skill-based gaming industry is a plus. Good written communication skills (English or Hindi) are also required. The position is permanent and located in Sector 9, Panchkula, Haryana, India.
Must have:
- 1+ year customer service experience
- CRM tool experience
- Excellent Kannada/Tamil communication
- Resolve customer issues
- Follow defined SOPs
Good to have:
- Skill-based gaming industry experience
- Good English/Hindi written skills
Job Details
Responsibilities
- Should attain FCR while addressing customer queries in the blend of Voice, Chat and Email (Inbound & Outbound)
- Should maintain professional standards while assisting the customers and serve resolution based on the defined standard operating procedure
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests to achieve customer delight
Requirements
Education and Experience Required
- Should have an experience of minimum 1 years as a customer service executive
- Should have relevant experience on CRM tools
- Experience in the skill-based gaming industry is a plus
- Extremely good oral communications skills in Kannada/Tamil
- Commitment towards serving the resolution on customer issues
- Good interpersonal and writing skills (English or Hindi)
- Ability to learn and develop as per the industry dynamics
