Responsibilities include responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both French and English, troubleshooting issues, managing customer accounts, gathering feedback, collaborating with internal teams, and documenting interactions in a CRM system. The role requires a solutions-oriented mindset, professionalism, patience, and the ability to work independently.

Customer Service Representative (French Speaking)

Full-time (40-hours per week), Remote

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Support: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  2. Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve client issues by troubleshooting, answering questions, and providing information about products or services.

  3. Customer Account Management: Assist clients with account setup, updates, and other service-related requests to ensure a smooth experience.

  4. Feedback Collection: Gather and record customer feedback to help improve services and identify opportunities for enhancement.

  5. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the product and service teams to relay client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.

  6. Documentation: Accurately document interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system to maintain up-to-date client record

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

  • Experience in a customer service role preferred.

  • Ability to handle client inquiries with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is a plus.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
