Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Support: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  2. Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve client issues by troubleshooting, answering questions, and providing information about products or services.

  3. Customer Account Management: Assist clients with account setup, updates, and other service-related requests to ensure a smooth experience.

  4. Feedback Collection: Gather and record customer feedback to help improve services and identify opportunities for enhancement.

  5. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the product and service teams to relay client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.

  6. Documentation: Accurately document interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system to maintain up-to-date client record

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

  • Experience in a customer service role preferred.

  • Ability to handle client inquiries with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is a plus.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
