Job Description

Good To Have:
  • Experience in programming and script development for automation (Python, R or similar)
  • Knowledge in the use of artificial intelligence tools, including prompt construction for automation management and process optimization
Must Have:
  • Analyze data and generate strategic insights for decision-making in digital campaigns
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and executive reports
  • Implement automation processes for reports and data flows
  • Integrate and manage databases for advanced analytics and predictive modeling
  • Lead the data operations team, ensuring correct task distribution, deadline compliance, and quality in report and insight delivery
  • Collaborate with marketing and media teams to optimize strategies in real-time
  • Advanced Excel skills (advanced functions, macros, power query)
  • Knowledge of visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Experience with advertising platforms (Google Ads, META Ads, TikTok Ads, Campaign Manager, Google Analytics)
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
  • Intermediate English

Job Description

In Bogotá, Colombia, we are looking for a Data Coordinator with more than three years of experience in data analysis within digital purchasing environments, capable of leading automation processes and applying data prediction tools to optimize campaign performance.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data and generate strategic insights for decision-making in digital campaigns.
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and executive reports.
  • Implement automation processes for reports and data flows.
  • Integrate and manage databases for advanced analysis and predictive modeling.
  • Lead the data operations team, ensuring correct task distribution, deadline compliance, and quality in the delivery of reports and insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing and media teams to optimize strategies in real-time.

Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, macros, power query, etc.).
  • Knowledge of visualization tools: Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau or others.
  • Experience with advertising platforms: Google Ads, META Ads, TikTok Ads, Campaign Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience in programming and script development for automation (Python, R or similar, desirable).
  • Desirable knowledge in the use of artificial intelligence tools, including the construction of prompts oriented towards automation management and process optimization.
  • Analytical thinking and results orientation.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Teamwork and effective communication with technical and non-technical profiles.
  • Team leadership, with the ability to coordinate and guide the data operations team towards efficient and precise objective fulfillment.
  • Intermediate English.
