Job Description

Playtika seeks a Data Scientist to leverage advanced statistical methods, machine learning, and predictive modeling to enhance marketing efforts. Responsibilities include developing predictive models, conducting A/B testing, optimizing marketing strategies, innovating analytics capabilities, managing large datasets, providing ad-hoc analysis, and evaluating the impact of AI-driven models. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in Python or R, experience in marketing analytics, and excellent communication abilities to convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. This role requires applying advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to solve complex marketing problems, analyzing the impact of AI-driven models, and delivering actionable insights.

Join our dynamic team as a Data Scientist, where you will leverage advanced statistical methods, predictive modeling, and machine learning to drive our marketing efforts forward. You will be at the forefront of analyzing trends, predicting customer behavior, and assessing the impact of marketing strategies. This role demands a deep understanding of business dynamics, an innovative approach, and the ability to provide actionable insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to solve complex marketing problems.
  • Develop predictive models to forecast trends, customer behaviors, and the outcomes of different marketing strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize marketing efforts and refine customer segmentation and lifetime value models.
  • Innovate and enhance our marketing analytics capabilities by developing new methods and tools.
  • Manage large datasets and construct complex statistical models to support marketing decisions.
  • Deliver ad-hoc analysis and smart solutions to business challenges, providing a quick response to emerging needs.
  • Analyze the impact of AI-driven models on marketing initiatives, defining key metrics to evaluate success.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in predictive modeling, machine learning, and handling large datasets.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Python or R, with extensive experience in libraries and frameworks relevant to data science and machine learning.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform complex statistical analysis and model development relevant to marketing analytics – Advantage
  • Experience in designing and implementing A/B tests and other experimental designs.
  • Strong communication skills, with the capability to translate technical details into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
