The Data & Tech team aims to improve marketing campaign efficiency and targeting through consumer understanding and trends, facilitating automation and personalization of marketing strategies.
Good To Have:
  • Knowledge of the media and advertising industry.
  • Knowledge of MLOps, automation, and model monitoring.
  • Knowledge of API querying.
Must Have:
  • Perform ad-hoc or automated analyses within data clean rooms.
  • Develop personalized bidding models to optimize media strategy effectiveness.
  • Implement marketing mix models (MMM) and budget scenario tools for clients.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Data Science.
  • Advanced Python knowledge (Numpy, Pandas, cloud SDKs).
  • SQL (windowing functions, DML).
  • Data Visualization (Python, Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Machine Learning (regression models, classification models, significance tests).
  • Experience with a cloud analytics stack (GCP/AWS/Azure), ideally GCP.
  • Fluent professional English.

Job Description

The Data & Tech team plays an essential role in transforming data into effective and innovative business strategies for the group's clients.

Your challenges:

  • Improve the efficiency and targeting of marketing and media campaigns through a better understanding of consumers and trends.
  • Facilitate the automation and personalization of marketing strategies at scale.

Your Missions:

  • Perform ad-hoc or automated analyses within data clean rooms.
  • Develop personalized bidding models to optimize the effectiveness of media strategies.
  • Implement marketing mix models (MMM) and budget scenario tools for our clients.

You will be required to collaborate with other group experts in media, marketing, and technology to ensure the best approach for clients.

Qualifications

  • You have 1 to 3 years of experience in Data Science.
  • Python: advanced knowledge (Numpy, Pandas libraries, cloud SDKs)
  • SQL (windowing functions, DML).
  • Data Visualization in Python and/or with software such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.
  • Machine Learning: regression models, classification models, significance tests
  • Experience with a cloud analytics stack (GCP/AWS/Azure), ideally GCP.
  • Fluent professional English required.

Optional Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the media and advertising industry would be a plus.
  • Knowledge of MLOps, automation, and model monitoring.
  • Knowledge of API querying.

This position is not for you if:

  • You want to work 100% on Gen AI; our priority is machine learning and data science.
  • You want to work on long-term projects: here, projects are dynamic and short, focused on specific "use cases."
  • Digital, media, or display do not interest you.
