Job Summary

The Digital Manager will be the main point of contact for one of our key clients. The ideal candidate must be able to act as a consultant for the client, identify innovation opportunities, and have the ability to manage daily planning and analysis. Responsibilities include developing robust digital strategies, analyzing performance for optimization, staying updated on technological developments, suggesting budget allocation, overseeing digital activities, and collaborating with internal teams for integrated media strategy.

Must Have

  • Develop robust digital strategies to achieve client objectives.
  • Analyze performance to proactively provide useful insights for activity optimization and business growth.
  • Stay constantly updated on technological developments to provide the most innovative, competitive, and innovative approaches in the digital sector.
  • Suggest budget allocation in line with KPIs and sales forecasts.
  • Oversee all digital activities.
  • Collaborate with other internal, local, and global teams to define an integrated media strategy.
  • At least 8/10 years of experience in media.
  • Excellent knowledge of major paid advertising platforms (Google ADS, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Business Manager, Programmatic DSP, Sponsored Ads).
  • Ability to plan, organize, manage time, and set priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English.

Good to Have

  • Knowledge of the Amazon ecosystem, including the retail part (Vendor/Seller Central Platform).
  • Any certifications, e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Amazon.
