The Ultrasound Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for end-to-end digital programs, from planning to execution and performance, to drive strong digital experiences and monetize business value propositions. This role involves shaping and executing digital strategy, leading digital presence and content management for the Ultrasound website, and driving performance across various digital channels like SEO/SEM, eCommerce, and CRM to generate demand and increase conversions. The manager will collaborate globally, analyze program performance, report ROI, and manage budgets.

Digital Marketing Manager- Healthcare

Job Description

The Ultrasound Digital Marketing Manager has an E2E responsibility around selected digital programs (priorities)—from planning to execution and performance. These programs are key elements to drive a strong experience in digital for business value propositions and business Customer Decision Journey (CDJ) monetization.

Your role:

  • Shape and execute digital strategy to address business goals, enhance customer experience, and support sales growth through impactful campaigns and channel initiatives.
  • Lead digital presence and content management, overseeing the Ultrasound website strategy and collaborating with the Digital Center of Excellence (DCoE) to deliver a seamless online experience.
  • Drive performance across digital channels — including SEO/SEM, eCommerce, CRM, display, and mobile marketing — to generate demand, nurture leads, and increase conversions.
  • Collaborate globally and cross-functionally to design scalable omni-channel campaigns and ensure alignment with broader marketing and digital priorities.
  • Analyze and optimize program performance, reporting ROI, managing budgets, and building business cases that integrate digital initiatives into the overall business strategy.

You the right fit if :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing strategy, execution, and performance management.
  • Proven proficiency across key digital channels — including web, eCommerce, SEO/SEM, display advertising, mobile, and CRM — with a strong understanding of integrated digital ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated ability to define clear KPIs, track performance, and deliver measurable results aligned with business objectives.
  • Skilled at working cross-functionally and globally, effectively navigating complex organizations to drive initiatives forward.
  • Experience with digital agencies and/or within healthcare or other regulated industries strongly preferred.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in (Cambridge, MA) is $135,000.00 to $216,000.00

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.  Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here.

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Cambridge, MA.
