Job Description

As Digital Producer, you will have an obsessive attention to detail, maintaining, updating, and building web content to an impeccably high standard, with strong expertise in accessibility, responsiveness, and usability. This role requires a strong understanding of web and customer experience analytics, as well as CMS, HTML/CSS, Information Architecture, site structure, individual page design, and content creation. You will support rapid growth, improve speed to market, and deliver data-driven, automated, and customer-centric experiences via digital channels.
Must have:
  • Working in close collaboration with your Production Manager, the Production team and the missions to deliver on our strategic customer and digital experience vision aligned to our business KPIs
  • Planning, scheduling and managing the digital content from draft review to publishing using our Content Management System (CMS)
  • Gathering business requirements from stakeholders and translating to world-class digital solutions
  • Proactively monitoring and testing the site to identify maintenance and experience quality improvements
  • Working as a team; supporting, communicating and collaborating with other producers
  • Collaboratively working with other teams including design, technology and product to achieve a seamless digital customer experience
  • Prioritizing and triaging content requests from internal stakeholders
  • Continually refining and enhancing our CMS to maintain hygiene and best practice standards
  • Pushing your knowledge of industry best practice including website development, and CMS production
  • Minimum 1-3 years professional experience in digital content publishing in a media corporate, business or agency setting
  • Ability to write, edit and proof-read quality written content
  • Strong editorial judgement
  • Ability to liaise with a variety of digital disciplines, from design to development
  • Challenge the norm with confident and assertive communication skills to influence and build relationships
  • Effectively able to manage changes to scope, budget and timeline
  • Knowledge of the WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) 2.1 accessibility standards
  • Strong SEO understanding
  • Ability to brief relevant supporting functions, such as Content Writers and Designers, in a clear and concise manner
  • Provide Quality Assurance (QA) of the solution in testing environments to ensure our design quality and customer experience expectations are met
  • Customer-first mindset!

  • Experience with Contentful would be advantageous
  • Exposure to or experience with Design Systems and regard for implementation of visual identity of brand guidelines

Job Details

As Digital Producer you will have an obsessive attention to detail that dots all the i's and crosses all the t’s, but rest assured most days at Belong won’t look the same! You will be responsible for maintaining, updating and building our web content, contributing to the development of our website at an impeccably high standard using strong expertise in accessibility, responsiveness and usability. This will be paired with a strong understanding of web and customer experience analytics, as well as the design and development of CMS (Content Management System), HTML/CSS, Information Architecture, site structure, individual page design and content creation.

As a member of the Production team in the Digital Experience Chapter, you will support rapid growth, improve our speed to market, deliver data-driven, automated and customer centric experiences via our digital channels. You must have experience working in cross functional teams and be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will have a thorough understanding of the agile and scrum framework and HCD (Human Centred Design) approach.
