Administrar y ejecutrar los flujos técnicos y operativos en los productos digitales OTT (transmisión, programación, capacidad, disponibilidad, seguimiento, validaciones, escalado de problemas), con el fin de garantizar la paraparacion anticipada, continuidad y correcta conclusión de la transmisión de los eventos.
Responsabilidades del Puesto
- Ejecutar los productos CMS (content management system) de Front and Back End controlando los flujos operativos necesarios para garantizar la disponibilidad y correcta presentacion de los contenidos de las plataformas digitales en relación con entradas de señal, perfiles de codificadores, ancho de banda, puntos finales, CDN, capacidad de la nube y rendimiento en general;
- Configurar y realizar las parametrizaciones de plataformas de acuerdo a las definiciones preestablecidas, haciendo seguimiento de la operación, detectando problemas y procurando alertar la activación de los mecanismos para su solución, asegurando la continuidad tecnica operativa de los productos digitales;
- Analizar los incidentes diarios, levantando y relevando información para el análisis de los eventos post-mortem, contribuyendo a la creación e implementación de los mecanismos necesarios en pos de la mejora continua de la operación;
- Ejecuta y asiste en llevar a cabo las rutinas entre las áreas responsables de la emisión del contenido digital, velando por el seguimiento óptimo de los proyectos y/o compromisos adquiridos con relación a productos digitales.
- Proponer y desarrollar proyectos orientados en mejorar la experiencia del usuario en las plataformas digitales desde la perspectiva del soporte;
- Creación de material gráfico digital (clips, shows completos, entrevistas) usando herramientas de edición de video para la distribución en redes sociales, plataformas OTT, entre otras.
Cualificaciones y experiencia
- Licenciatura o experiencia equivalente en Ingeniería o Informática Licenciatura, técnico informático;
- Conocimiento comprobado en diseño y operación de plataformas de transmisión de video para eventos en vivo y VOD con un gran número de usuarios concurrentes;
- Capacidad para operar y configurar redes de entrega de contenido / CDN.
