Job Description

The Digital Transformation Director will lead transformation projects, leveraging expertise in process excellence, digital technologies, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in statistical software, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a global environment. Key responsibilities include driving operational improvements, implementing digital solutions, and ensuring project success with measurable financial impact. The role is based in Monterrey or Mexico City, Mexico.

  • Strong understanding of data analytics and visualization tools.
  • Experience with process mapping and optimization software.
  • Knowledge of digital transformation technologies and applications.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and concepts (RPA, workflow automation).
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Formal Black Belt certification from a recognized organization (ASQ, IASSC, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 1-2 completed and verified Black Belt projects with documented savings/improvements ($250,000+ per project).
  • Advanced statistical analysis skills and mastery of statistical software (Minitab, JMP, R, or similar).
  • Deep understanding of DMAIC methodology and advanced knowledge of Lean principles and tools.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate global teams.
