Job Description

Intel Dalian Memory Technology and Manufacturing (DMTM) is a high-volume manufacturing memory fab in Intel China working on leading edge 3D NAND product. Intel and SK Hynix have an agreement for SK Hynix to acquire Intel's NAND memory and storage business. and Intel will continue to manufacture NAND wafers at the Dalian memory manufacturing until the final closing expected to occur in March 2025. Intel DMTM will continue to build on the success of our NAND technology at a greater scale, play a larger role in supporting our customers. This HR partner candidate is responsible for providing real-time and strategic employee relations engagement and management through effective triage, stakeholder management, and thorough assessments using independent judgment. They will analyze data and documentation to evaluate and influence employees and management regarding employee relations. They will work closely with management to implement corporate human resources policies at the business unit/division level, such as salary review, stock renewal, workforce planning, etc. This role also includes making decisions that impact the attainment of project objectives and resources of employees, contributing to the development of company objectives and principles to achieve goals in creative and effective ways, leveraging foundational organization capability principles and/or design components to improve individual, group and organizational functioning, coaching, mentoring and/or advising employees at all levels to help drive growth and development, working on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles, actively contributing to the culture of agility and innovation, and supporting the transformation of the Business HR organization into a strategic learning organization that aligns to LEAN principles, efficiency and upskilling across Business HR.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Communication Management or related field
  • 6+ years of HR experience
  • Experience with HR solutions, guidelines and policies
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Experience with employee relations, organization diagnosis and design, leadership development and/or coaching, training and development, performance management, and change management
Good to have:
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Communication Management or a related field
  • 3+ years of direct experience in employee relations, organization diagnosis and design, leadership development and/or coaching, and HR basics

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Communication Management or a related field. - 6 + years of HR experience, specifically in: HR solutions, guidelines and policies. Preferred Qualifications: - 3+ years of direct experience in the following: o Employee relations. o Organization Diagnosis and Design. o Leadership Development and/or Coaching. o HR basics: training and development, performance management, change management.
