As part of new industrial vehicle projects, you will join the teams responsible for industrializing these vehicles within the factory. You will transform study documentation into production documentation for electrical/electronic components, making it usable by the manufacturing line. This involves creating synthetic documents to facilitate equipment and harness assembly, drafting operating ranges, technical notes, and instruction sheets for production. You will identify needs and write requests for tooling, packaging, and preparation. You will participate in prototype/pre-series assembly, assist manufacturing during the start-up phase, and validate the developed process on the assembly line, making corrections as needed. You will also update documentation and catalogs.

Job Description

• You will transform study documentation into production documentation concerning electrical/electronic components, in order to make it usable by the manufacturing line: You will set up synthetic documents facilitating the assembly of equipment and harnesses.
• You will write the operating ranges, technical notes and instruction sheets intended for production.
• You will identify needs and write requests for tooling (assembly/handling/installations), packaging, preparation.
• You will participate in the assembly of prototypes / pre-series, you will assist in manufacturing during the start-up phase.
• You will validate the elaborated process (ranges, tools, work instructions, time, etc.) during application on the assembly line, with eventual correction in the flow.
• You will fill in the documentation and catalogs.

Qualifications

With a background as an Industrial Engineering Technician with electrical skills, you have acquired a first similar experience in operational methods, industrialization, process.

Your technical expertise, combined with your rigor and relational ease, will allow you to successfully complete this project.
