- Manage founder’s calendar, travel, inbox, and high-priority tasks.
- Anticipate needs and solve problems before they surface.
- Handle confidential information and sensitive negotiations with discretion.

- 3+ years of experience as an EA and/or Chief of Staff at a fast-growing startup.
TL;DR - We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to be the right hand to our CEO and Co-founder, Anton Osika. You’ll run his calendar, travel, and lead high-priority tasks. We’re looking for a problem-solving force-multiplier who thrives in chaos, clears paths, and keeps Lovable moving fast.

- Act as a force-multiplier: manage founder’s calendar, travel, inbox, and high-priority tasks.
- Anticipate needs and solve problems before they surface. Protect focus; clear the path.
- Learn how leadership works at Lovable; pick up tasks small or big; confidently engage senior internal/external stakeholders eager to get time with Lovable.
- Handle confidential information and sensitive negotiations with discretion.
- Occasional personal errands may happen as exceptions (e.g., buying anniversary gifts, picking up packages).

- Comfortable working across time zones; flexible during launches/P0 moments while keeping healthy norms (weekends only if it’s truly on fire).
- 3+ years of experience as an EA and/or Chief of Staff at a fast-growing startup, with proven success partnering closely with an executive
How we hire

1. Finish the initial role-fit assessment.
2. Jump on an initial exploratory call with the Lovable team.
