Job Description

The Facility Coordinator will lead and organize the Facility & Housekeeping Team in Stuttgart, coordinate external service providers for building maintenance, and serve as the central contact for all guests, customers, partners, and candidates. The role also involves managing the pool car fleet and supporting office management and event coordination for teams like HR and Corporate Communications.

  • Be the central contact person for all guests, customers, external partners, and candidates.

  • Support indirect purchasing and office management.
  • Proactively support teams like HR and Corporate Communications with events.
  • Completed training in a technical or commercial field.
  • Several years of experience in facility management and professional interaction with external partners and service providers.
  • Good understanding of building technical systems.
  • Proficiency in German and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

From January 2026, we are looking for a Facility Coordinator (all genders) for our reception at the Headquarter in Stuttgart - part-time (approx. 25 h/week).

WHAT YOU DO

  • You will lead and organize our Facility & Housekeeping Team at the Stuttgart location and coordinate external service providers for maintenance, upkeep, and repair work on our buildings.
  • You are the central contact person for all guests and welcome customers, external partners, and candidates with your friendly demeanor.
  • You will manage our fleet of pool cars and support our indirect purchasing and office management.
  • With your proactive nature, you will support teams such as the HR department (LIGAfly) or Corporate Communications with events.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Completed training in a technical or commercial field.
  • Several years of experience in facility management and in professional interaction with external partners and service providers - ideally, you have initial experience in a leadership position.
  • You have a strong service understanding, high self-initiative, and a structured way of working.
  • You have a good understanding of building technical systems as well as a pronounced spatial imagination and cost awareness.
  • You work hands-on, communicate confidently in German and English, and are proficient in MS Office.
