Wolters Kluwer Italia is looking for a Field Sales Executive for its Legal & Regulatory division. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle for innovative software solutions in ecological-environmental supply chain management (waste management). The successful candidate will develop new commercial opportunities, collaborate with internal teams for proposals and product demos, maintain a qualified pipeline using CRM tools, and work towards achieving company objectives in a dynamic, international, and growth-oriented environment.

Must Have:
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from needs analysis to negotiation and contract closing.
  • Develop new commercial opportunities in the assigned geographical area.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals aligned with the value proposition and conduct product demos.
  • Maintain a qualified pipeline through prospecting and lead generation activities, using CRM tools.
  • Work towards objectives, ensuring results in line with company expectations.
  • At least 5 years of experience in selling application software, preferably aimed at corporate clients.
  • Ability to quickly understand customer challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of technical concepts (ERP, Cloud).
  • Excellent relational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented and ability to operate in complex and well-structured environments.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM.
