Job Summary

We’re seeking an enthusiastic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Intern for Summer 2026! As part of our Finance team, you’ll support strategic planning, forecasting, and analytics, collaborating closely with Accounting, Go-To-Market (GTM) Finance, Data and Analytics, Pricing, Procurement, and Corporate Development. This role is ideal for undergraduates eager to gain exposure to a wide range of finance disciplines and who excel at critical thinking, problem solving, collaboration, and communication. This is a hybrid position consisting of 2-3 days per week in our Lexington MA office.
What You’ll Do
Support Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
- Collaborate on key FP&A initiatives, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting to inform strategic decision-making
- Drive process improvements within FP&A by leveraging AI and other technologies to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards, ensuring timely delivery of key performance metrics and insights to leadership
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Engage in cross-functional projects to gain exposure to product, sales, and operations teams, building a holistic understanding of business drivers
- Analyze key financial trends and contribute to the development of go-to-market (GTM) strategies
- Generate data-driven insights and enhance reporting capabilities for ongoing business reviews and strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with Corporate Development to assess acquisition opportunities and build business case models that support strategic growth initiatives
Communicate Findings
- Partner with team members to prepare reports and presentations for senior management
- Communicate insights and recommendations to managers and executives
