Job Summary
As a 3D Artist, you will contribute to the creation of high-quality, professional 3D assets for game worlds, characters, and environments. You will collaborate with concept and lead artists to translate 2D designs into polished 3D models, ensuring alignment with the project's artistic vision. Additionally, you will assist in developing basic animations and visual effects for game prototypes while maintaining effective communication and proactively contributing to the team's progress. Responsibilities include creating high-quality 3D models in 3ds Max, rigging and skinning for animation, animating characters and objects, designing and implementing stylized or semi-realistic VFX, and optimizing models and animations for various platforms.

As a 3D Artist at Gameloft Hanoi, your primary role is to contribute to the creation of high-quality, professional 3D assets that bring game worlds, characters, and environments to life. You will collaborate with concept artists and lead artists to translate 2D designs into polished 3D models, ensuring they align with the artistic vision of the project. Additionally, you will assist in developing basic animations and visual effects to enhance game prototypes while maintaining effective communication and proactively contributing to the team’s progress.
Main Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D models (characters, environments, props) in 3ds Max;
- Rig and skin characters and assets for animation;
- Animate characters, creatures, and objects;
- Design and implement stylized or semi-realistic VFX for gameplay;
- Optimize models and animations for performance across different platforms.
