Job Description
Lead the development of online gaming tables in accordance with company procedures. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth operation of online game sessions, adhering to strict guidelines, and maintaining a high standard of player experience. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, along with advanced proficiency in Portuguese. The role requires attention to detail, emotional intelligence, responsibility, and transparency. Work schedule involves rotating shifts with a 6-day work week followed by 2 days off. Prior experience is not required.

Qualifications
- Habilidades de Comunicación y liderazgo de equipos
- Dominio avanzado o nativo del idioma portugués.
- Alto atención a los detalles y apego a normas
- Inteligencia emocional
- Responsabilidad y transparencia
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios rotativos
- Programación 6 días de trabajo x 2 de descanso.
- No se requiere experiencia previa
