Job Summary
Job Description
Lead the development of online gaming tables according to company procedures. The role requires advanced Portuguese language skills (native or near-native fluency), strong communication and team leadership abilities, high attention to detail, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to responsibility and transparency. The position involves working rotating schedules (6 days on, 2 days off). Prior experience is not required. Responsibilities include managing and overseeing online gaming sessions and ensuring adherence to company guidelines.

Qualifications
- Habilidades de Comunicación y liderazgo de equipos
- Dominio avanzado o nativo del idioma portugués.
- Alto atención a los detalles y apego a normas
- Inteligencia emocional
- Responsabilidad y transparencia
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios rotativos
- Programación 6 días de trabajo x 2 de descanso.
- No se requiere experiencia previa
