Job Description

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example and follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew. Responsibilities include staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, working to schedule, maintaining a perfect image and adherence to standards, providing great customer service, ensuring attendance and punctuality, having transportation to and from work, maintaining store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability. Many team members begin their careers as assistant managers and grow into management roles, with opportunities to become successful Domino's Pizza franchise owners. From customer service representative to management, General Manager to Manager Corporate Operations or Franchisee, our stores offer a world of opportunity.

You've been working your way up in the restaurant world for awhile. Maybe you even have a little college under your belt on the subject. Whatever the case may be, you know you want to manage a restaurant. Which is perfect for us because we (we being Domino's Pizza; maybe you've heard of us) just happen to have some open positions.
