Job Description

This role involves formulating game launch strategies for the Japanese market based on local characteristics and user needs. It also includes expanding and maintaining publishing resources, managing overseas communities, user operations, official accounts, and monitoring public opinion. Candidates should have over 3 years of community operation experience, a deep understanding of game publishing and community building, and excellent communication skills in Japanese and English.
Must Have:
  • Formulate game launch strategies for the Japanese market based on characteristics, trends, and user needs.
  • Expand and maintain publishing resources in Japan (including vendors, resource providers).
  • Drive product release and development.
  • Understand Japanese community, content, and KOL operation methods.
  • Build overseas communities for new games, manage user operations, official accounts, acquire high-quality users, and monitor public opinion information.
  • Organize and accumulate overseas community publishing experience (overall process, publishing resources).
  • 3+ years of community operation experience (Discord, Twitter, etc.).
  • Familiarity with game publishing platforms.
  • Deep understanding of game community building and user communication.
  • Passion for games and rich experience in PC and mobile games.
  • Keen sense for new games and ability to quickly grasp user preferences.
  • Ability to formulate community operation plans.
  • Excellent communication skills for smooth team collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English.

What the Role Entails

1. Formulate game launch strategies for the Japanese market based on its characteristics, trends, and Japanese user needs.

2. Responsible for expanding and maintaining publishing resources in Japan (including but not limited to vendors, resource providers), and promoting product release and development.

3. Understand methods for operating Japanese communities, content, and KOLs, and be responsible for building overseas communities for new games, user operations, official account operations, acquiring high-quality users, and monitoring public opinion information.

4. Organize and accumulate overseas community publishing experience (overall process, publishing resources, etc.), including Japan.

Who We Look For

1. Over 3 years of community operation experience (such as Discord and Twitter), familiar with game publishing platforms, and a deep understanding of game community building and user communication.

2. Passionate about games, with rich experience in PC and mobile games; a keen sense for new games, and the ability to quickly grasp user preferences and formulate community operation plans.

3. Possess excellent communication skills, capable of facilitating smooth communication and cooperation between teams.

4. Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English.
