3. Understand methods for operating Japanese communities, content, and KOLs, and be responsible for building overseas communities for new games, user operations, official account operations, acquiring high-quality users, and monitoring public opinion information.
4. Organize and accumulate overseas community publishing experience (overall process, publishing resources, etc.), including Japan.
1. Over 3 years of community operation experience (such as Discord and Twitter), familiar with game publishing platforms, and a deep understanding of game community building and user communication.
2. Passionate about games, with rich experience in PC and mobile games; a keen sense for new games, and the ability to quickly grasp user preferences and formulate community operation plans.
3. Possess excellent communication skills, capable of facilitating smooth communication and cooperation between teams.
4. Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English.
