As a Senior Go-To-Market (GTM) Recruiter, you will build high-performing teams of Account Executives and other commercial talent, fueling rapid growth and securing the future of open source. You'll serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, shape the candidate experience, and define "great" for GTM hiring. You’ll serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leaders, shape the candidate experience, and help define “great” for GTM hiring at a company obsessed with both speed and excellence.

What you'll do

  • Source, attract, and hire top-performing go-to-market talent (with a focus on Account Executives) for high-impact roles.
  • Collaborate closely with leaders and hiring managers to define role profiles, clarify engagement strategies, and build world-class teams.
  • Proactively develop and maintain talent pipelines—always staying two steps ahead of growth needs.
  • Deliver a high-touch, rapid candidate experience that earns rave reviews from candidates and hiring managers alike.
  • Advise stakeholders on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices for scalable recruiting in a hyper-growth startup.
