This HR Generalist role in London is for an ambitious professional seeking full ownership and deep expertise in an informal, fast-paced, and international environment. You will manage the entire employee onboarding process, coordinate expat hires, maintain employee records, handle HR data in Workday, assist with benefits, organize HR events, and manage immigration cases. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented team player with strong communication skills and a minimum of two years' experience, preferably in a tech-driven scale-up.

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant HR working experience
  • Comfortable working with high standards in a dynamic, flat organization
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Able to prioritize, plan, and use time effectively
  • Critical, with an eye for detail, though pragmatic
  • Great stakeholder management skills and team player
  • Autonomous with a driven, tenacious, and outcome-focused mentality
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Adaptability in adjusting to rapidly changing environment and course of action

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the employee onboarding process including assisting in post recruitment efforts, new hire employee orientation, schedule and paperwork
  • Coordinate logistics around expat hires
  • Manage and maintain all employee files, digital library and records
  • HR data management (data entry in Workday)
  • Assist in Benefits administration
  • Organize HR events
  • Provide a high level of service to employees for all general HR issues
  • Coordinate Immigration cases and records including maintain documentation and case progression
  • Ad-hoc (local and global) projects as assigned.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor in a relevant field (Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably within an international, tech driven, preferably in a scale-up environment
  • Comfortable working with high standards in a dynamic and flat organization
  • Hands on mentality, able to prioritize, plan and use time effectively
  • Critical, with an eye for detail, though pragmatic
  • Great stakeholder management skills and team player
