Job Summary

As the Head of HS Commercial Operations for the Greater China Region, you will be responsible for ensuring the fidelity, adherence, maintenance, and execution of all commercial operation-related processes in the market. Your focus will span customer satisfaction, sales & operations planning, order fulfillment, commercial policy, project management, sales data analytics and reporting, sales excellence, and channel sales support. You will drive operational excellence in line with global and market targets, lead a team to deliver best practices, and enable rapid problem-solving. You will also play a key role in building and delivering long-term strategic partnerships and solutions, leveraging critical capabilities such as bid management, solution architecture, and workflow consultancy.

Must Have

  • Master’s degree and over 15 years of professional experience in sales operations management, with exposure to other commercial functions
  • Strong process mindset, with proven experience in process improvement or managing complex business projects in dynamic environments
  • Excel at stakeholder management, with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels, including senior executives
  • Results-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in high-pressure, ambiguous situations, consistently driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction

Your role:

As the Head of HS Commercial Operations for the Greater China Region, you will be responsible for ensuring the fidelity, adherence, maintenance, and execution of all commercial operation-related processes in the market. You're the right fit if:

  • You have a Master’s degree and over 15 years of professional experience in sales operations management, with exposure to other commercial functions (e.g., project management, purchasing, sales).
  • You demonstrate a strong process mindset, with proven experience in process improvement or managing complex business projects in dynamic environments.
  • You excel at stakeholder management, with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels, including senior executives.
  • You are results-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in high-pressure, ambiguous situations, consistently driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
