Heartfelt Team Operator (Employment for People with Disabilities)

You will be responsible for light work and other tasks in our Heartfelt team.

Examples of tasks:

• Light work
• Organizing seminar materials (collecting multiple documents to create materials for distribution)
• Creating reply envelopes (creating address labels, attaching stamps, folding envelopes)
• Stamping with rubber stamps (stamping envelopes and accounting slips)
• Laminating in-house notices
• Shredding documents
• Maintenance of office furniture at Azabudai office (e.g., returning moved furniture to its original position)
• PC work
• PDF conversion of paper media (scanning and renaming files)
• Data entry
• Packing and shipping work
• Shipping samples and promotional items (packing, attaching address labels, transporting to the internal delivery collection point)

Desired Candidate:

• Required: Ability to perform basic PC operations (email correspondence, Office, etc.)
• Welcome: Those who are considerate of others and have cooperativeness

Working Conditions:

Employment type: Contract employee (e.g., initial contract for six months, then renewed annually)

Azabudai Headquarters: Azabudai Hills Mori JP Tower 15F, 1-3-1 Azabudai, Minato-ku, Tokyo 106-0041

Nearest station: Kamiyacho Station on the Hibiya Line (direct connection), Roppongi-itchome Station on the Namboku Line (4-minute walk)

Working hours: 10:00 - 17:00, Break time: Generally 12:00 - 13:00

Holidays: Every Saturday (scheduled holiday) / Sunday (legal holiday), National holidays

New Year holidays (December 29 - January 4)

Leave: Annual paid leave up to 20 days in the first year, Care Leave (10 days per year), etc.

Overtime work: None

Salary: Basic monthly salary 150,000 - 200,000 JPY (example, negotiable depending on experience)
