Join Philips AM&D as a Service Operations Analyst to drive operational excellence and business performance. You will collaborate with teams across the International Region, primarily Europe, making a tangible impact on business success.
Must have:
  • Monitor and analyze monthly volumes and Average Selling Price (ASP) for AM&D Business.
  • Ensure contractual compliance for AM&D Business.
  • Collaborate with other functions to complete the invoicing process.
  • Report to the Service Operations Lead and Finance International.
  • Compile various ad-hoc reports for Operations and Finance.
  • Lead data management for contract, billing, and invoice management.
  • University degree.
  • Advanced MS Excel, SAP, Power BI/Tableau skills.
  • Experience in Data Analyst or similar role.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Fluent English.
Good to have:
  • Prior experience in back sales office / administration.

The Service Operations Analyst is a pivotal role within our organization, tasked with analyzing complex and multi-dimensional datasets across various business units to uncover insightful trends and patterns.

Job Summary: Join Philips AM&D as a Service Ops Analyst and play a critical role in driving operational excellence and business performance. We're seeking a proactive individual with strong analytical skills to monitor monthly volumes, ensure contractual compliance, and streamline invoicing processes. If you have advanced SAP and data visualization skills, plus a basic accounting understanding, we want to hear from you. Collaborate with teams across the International Region, mostly Europe, and make a tangible impact on our business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze monthly volumes and Average Selling Price (ASP) for the AM&D Business.
  • Ensure contractual compliance for the AM&D Business.
  • Collaborate with other functions to successfully complete the invoicing process.
  • Report directly to the Service Operations Lead, with a dotted line to Finance International.
  • Compile various ad-hoc reports as requested by Operations and Finance.
  • Play a leading role in data management for contract, billing, and invoice management – from operational to tactical management.

Qualifications:

  • University degree.
  • Advanced MS Excel, SAP, Power BI/Tableau skills.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting/ order management would be greatly appreciated
  • Experience in Data Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of data analysis techniques and tools.
  • Prior experience in back sales office / administration would be considered a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to stakeholders across Europe.
  • Fluent English
