Job Description

As a Sales Operations professional in the Emergency Care Division (AED/defibrillator related products), you will collaborate with commercial management to prioritize and lead process improvements, analyze bottlenecks, and optimize performance for target achievement. Key responsibilities include designing and executing regional channel partner onboarding, managing partner contract cycles, optimizing CRM and sales automation tools, and providing analytical support for sales performance scorecards. You will also manage Chinese contract vendors and promote AI integration in operations.
Must have:
  • Collaborate with commercial management to prioritize process improvement opportunities

  • Continuously monitor and analyze performance to support optimization for target achievement
  • Design and execute regional channel partner onboarding processes
  • Lead regional partner contract renewal and management cycles
  • Optimize and promote the utilization of CRM and sales automation tools
  • Provide analytical and operational support for developing, executing, and monitoring sales performance scorecards and dashboards
  • Manage Chinese contract vendors (2 Chinese staff, outsourced with Japanese OK, and training)
  • Promote AI integration in operations
  • University degree or higher in business-related fields (MSc level)
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, operations management, or supply management
  • Vendor management experience
  • Knowledge of IT systems and tools for order/receipt management, quotation creation, and sales operations
  • Ability to select evaluation criteria and achieve results independently
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in a multicultural and remote environment
  • Comfortable with English

Your role:

As a Sales Operations professional in our Emergency Care Division (AED/defibrillator related products), you will be engaged in the following tasks:

  • Collaborate with commercial management to prioritize opportunities for improving business processes.
  • Analyze process bottlenecks and inconsistencies, leading improvements. Also serve as an escalation point for short-term responses.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze performance to support optimization towards target achievement.
  • Responsible for designing and executing the onboarding process for channel partners in the region.
  • Lead the partner contract renewal and management cycle for each region.
  • Optimize and promote the utilization of CRM and sales automation tools.
  • Provide analytical and operational support in the development, execution, and monitoring of scorecards and dashboards related to sales performance.
  • Manage contract vendors in China (2 Chinese staff, outsourced with Japanese OK, and training).
  • Promote the AI integration of operations.

*Note: This business is scheduled to be transferred to a US fund and become independent from November 2025.*

You're the right fit if:

  • University degree or higher in a business-related field (MSc level).
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, operations management, supply management, etc.
  • Experience in vendor management.
  • Knowledge of IT systems and tools related to order/receipt management, quotation creation, and sales operations.
  • Ability to select evaluation criteria and methods independently and achieve results based on your own judgment.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a multicultural and remote environment.
  • No resistance to English (other Asian languages are a plus).

Application Requirements:

  • Contract Period: Indefinite
  • Probationary Period: Yes (generally 6 months from the date of joining)

  • Working Hours: 9:00-17:30, Break: 1 hour
  • Holidays: Every Saturday (scheduled holiday), Sunday (legal holiday), national holidays, New Year's holidays (December 29 - January 4)
  • Leave: Initial year paid leave up to 20 days (20 days for 2nd-5th years / 25 days from 6th year onwards), Care Leave (10 days per year), Sick Leave (up to 30 days per year), etc.
  • Overtime Work: Yes

*However, if hired for a managerial position, overtime pay is not applicable (late-night work allowance and holiday late-night work allowance are provided).*

  • Salary: Basic salary will be considered based on your experience.
  • Bonus: Incentive
