Job Description

As an HR Executive at Side, you will be integral to our HR Operations team, responsible for managing various HR functions and ensuring a smooth employee experience. You will assist in Onboarding, performance management, and maintaining employee records, contributing to the overall success of our workforce. Key responsibilities include managing pre-joining formalities, conducting onboarding, maintaining accurate employee records, handling queries, supporting payroll, and assisting in policy implementation.
Must have:
  • Manage pre-joining formalities and coordinate with new hires.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and induction sessions.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in physical and digital formats.
  • Update HR systems with new hire information, changes, and exits.
  • Manage employee queries, grievances, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Support in payroll coordination by providing attendance and leave data.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Organize and coordinate half-yearly and annual performance reviews.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Manage employee resignation and exit process.
  • Conduct exit interviews and ensure proper clearance.
  • Process final settlement documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HR software and databases.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Flexible to work in 24/7 shifts.

  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
  • Experience to handle large gatherings such as Birthday celebration/R & R.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage pre-joining formalities and coordinate with new hires for required documentation.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and induction sessions.
  • Ensure smooth transition of new employees into the organization.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in both physical and digital formats.
  • Update HR systems with new hire information, changes, and exits.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance in record keeping.
  • Manage employee queries, grievances, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Support in payroll coordination by providing attendance and leave data.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient, positive, and conflict-free workplace.
  • Organize and coordinate half-yearly and annual performance reviews.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory frameworks.
  • Manage employee resignation and exit process.
  • Conduct exit interviews and ensure proper clearance.
  • Process final settlement documentation in coordination with relevant departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
