We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our growing People team. In this role, you will support both recruiting and core HR operations, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and employees alike. You’ll be responsible for coordinating end-to-end recruiting logistics, maintaining accurate HR data and systems, and driving smooth processes across onboarding, payroll, benefits, and performance reviews. Beyond day-to-day operations, you’ll also play a key role in employee engagement initiatives and company-wide events. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone eager to build breadth across the People function and make an immediate impact in a fast-paced, global startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruiting operations for open roles.
- Own scheduling, candidate logistics, and Greenhouse data hygiene.
- Track and update pipeline movement.
- Liaise with external recruiters and agency partners.
- Own onboarding and offboarding logistics.
- Administer payroll and benefit related tasks.
- Maintain employee records and HRIS (or eventually EOR) data.
- Help plan and execute on People related projects and events (ie: offsites, engagement surveys, holiday parties, etc.).
- Monitor and respond to general employee HR inquiries and redirect as needed.

Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in Recruiting, People Operations, or a related role
- Experience supporting both recruiting operations and core HR programs (onboarding, benefits, performance management, etc.)
- Strong understanding of HR best practices & compliance
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of the organization
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Experience with HRIS/ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Rippling, Playroll) is a plus
- Experience in blockchain, crypto, or stablecoins is a plus
