Principal challenge
Integrated into the HQ HR team, you will provide relevant, pragmatic, and innovative legal solutions to various stakeholders, while monitoring legal developments and their impact on HR activities, and contributing to the quality of social dialogue and the social climate.
Daily tasks
- Management of various individual cases and support for HR teams on international pre-litigation and litigation situations.
- Advising managers on HR issues: labor law, work organization, and team development.
- Support and advice to employee representative bodies.
- Formalization, securing, and deployment of HR procedures, in conjunction with their communication.
- Implementation of international HR projects aimed at harmonizing and evolving practices and policies according to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Participation in cross-functional working groups on innovative projects and legal monitoring to anticipate opportunities and risks.
