Job Summary

The HR Manager at Pixomondo (PXO) is responsible for attracting, engaging, and inspiring talent within a collaborative culture, ensuring compliance with Saudi employment law. Key duties include recruitment, payroll management, benefits administration, HRIS maintenance, and advising on employee relations and performance. The role requires fluency in Arabic, strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, and at least 3 years of HR experience.

Must Have

  • Provide business-focused and best practice HR support to the team
  • Act as a primary contact on HR/Payroll/Benefits matters
  • Partner with recruiters to shortlist and interview candidates
  • Prepare contracts for new hires
  • Liaise with Immigration advisors on visa preparation for non-local hires
  • Prepare accurate monthly payroll files for processing and ensure timely payments
  • Manage attendance, overtime, bonuses, leave and allowances
  • Ensure enrollment and deletion for employees and their legal dependents to the company insurance plan
  • Ensure smooth onboarding for new starters
  • Ensure payroll and benefits policies comply with Saudi Arabian labour laws and regulations
  • Maintain the HRIS to ensure accuracy of data
  • Identify areas for improvement in delivery of calendar activities and help implement recommendations
  • Advise People Managers on broader HR activities such as absence management, performance and talent management
  • Lead cyclic events like salary review, consistency meetings and promotions
  • Actively share knowledge and experience proactively across the team
  • Work closely with the Production team to identify localised HR initiatives and priorities
  • 3+ years previous HR experience
  • Fluent in Arabic- written and speaking
  • Strong working knowledge of Arabic employment legislation and best practice
  • Proven experience of employee relations issues and taking a pragmatic approach
  • Proven experience of developing effective processes and suggesting new ways of working

The HR Manager is responsible for ensuring we attract the right talent, engage and inspire a team with a unified, collaborative and innovative culture across the team. The HR Manager plays a key role in the recruitment and day to day management of the team, ensuring compliance in alignment with Saudi employment law.

Responsibilities

  • Provide business-focused and best practice HR support to the team.
  • Act as a primary contact on HR/Payroll/Benefits matters for the team
  • Partnering with the recruiters to shortlist and interview candidates for positions.
  • Prepare contracts for new hires.
  • Liaise with Immigration advisors on preparation of visas for non- local hires and maintaining all required documents.
  • Prepare accurate monthly payroll files for processing, in partnership with the finance team. Ensure timely payments. Answer employee payroll queries.
  • Manage attendance, overtime, bonuses, leave and allowances for the team.
  • Ensure the enrollment and deletion for the employees and their legal dependents to the company insurance plan in time and timely confirm and pay the premium accurately.Ensure smooth onboarding for new starters to the team.
  • Ensure payroll and benefits policies comply with Saudi Arabian labour laws and regulations.
  • Maintain the HRIS to ensure accuracy of data.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the delivery of calendar activities and help implement recommendations and changes.
  • Advise People Managers on broader HR activities such as absence management, performance and talent management and other people related matters.
  • Lead cyclic events like salary review, consistency meetings and promotions (e.g. preparing ad hoc reports, attending consistency meetings)
  • Actively share knowledge and experience proactively across the team and be recognised as an expert in your business area.
  • Work closely with the Production team to identify localised HR initiatives and priorities, keeping closely connected with wider HR function to ensure alignment and consistency.

Requirements

  • 3 years + previous HR experience
  • Fluent in Arabic- written and speaking.
  • Ideally educated to degree level and/or working to an HR qualification.
  • Experience of working within the film/TV/Media industry an advantage but not essential.
  • Proven experience of employee relations issues and taking a pragmatic approach to managing them.
  • Strong working knowledge of Arabic employment legislation and best practice essential.
  • Proven experience of developing effective processes and suggesting new ways of working.
