Responsibilities include logging cases, providing recruitment support, guiding customers on self-service portals, performing security verifications according to GDPR guidelines, making outbound calls, maintaining call quality, and contributing to team communication. The associate will also ensure process repositories are updated and minimize customer complaints through exceptional service.
