HRBP Manager is vital in everything we do around here! We work with employees and managers in both day-to-day activities and designated projects. We make things happen and make things DONE.
We’re looking for that special one, a seasoned and curious HR Business Partner, to join our strong and strategic HR team.
As an HRBP Manager, you will support the business by aligning HR strategies and initiatives with company goals, change management initiatives, and transformation journeys.
You will get to know the organization, the teams, and the business and act as a trusted advisor to relevant stakeholders in a fast-moving, execution-focused environment where feedback is quick, meaningful, and drives excellence.
Responsibilities
So, How does a “day at work” look like?
- Partnering with managers to understand the business needs and goals and developing and implementing HR strategies and programs that support those goals
- Getting to know the different teams, how the business works, and what’s connecting all the dots - asking a lot of WHY while doing so
- Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and practices, including performance management and development
- Coach managers on people-related matters, including talent assessment, development and succession, organization effectiveness, and high-performing team characteristics
- Managing employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees
- Collaborating with other HR team members to develop and deliver training programs, employee engagement initiatives, and other HR initiatives/projects
- Staying up-to-date on employment laws and regulations and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
- 5-8 years of working experience in an HRBP role in a high-tech company
- BA in Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources, or a related field- required
- Master’s degree – an advantage.
- Experience with a rapid and complex changing work environment
- Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement
- Hands-on approach, as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees
- Excellent relationship-building and coaching skills (solving complex employee-related issues, strong team support orientation, and then excellent active listening)
- Demonstrates a positive, can-do attitude combined with resilience and a results-driven mindset.
- Strong business insight with the ability to connect strategy, people, and performance.
- Strong analytical skills. Experience using and presenting data to make decisions.
