The specialist will also respond to member or group eligibility questions, verify enrollment status, reconcile discrepancies, analyze transactional data, and submit retroactive eligibility changes. Additionally, the role involves generating member correspondence and maintaining inventory control of member and group transactions. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of Human Resources and Benefits experience, strong communication skills, and be detail-oriented.
