Job Description

Attentive is seeking a proactive Solutions Associate to join the UK Implementation team, supporting SMB and Mid-Market Sales. This role involves managing critical account onboarding steps, collaborating on projects to drive business outcomes like launching email customers and increasing product adoption, and working with sales and customer success teams to enhance launch efficiency. The associate will also build creatives for opt-in units, serve as a technical resource, and identify automation solutions to improve the onboarding sequence and customer value.
Must Have:
  • Manage critical account onboarding steps for new Mid-Market/SMB account sign-ups
  • Collaborate on projects to drive business outcomes including launching email customers and increasing existing customer product adoption
  • Work directly with MM Sales & CS teams to increase launch efficiency
  • Build creatives for Attentive Opt-in Units
  • Collaborate with AEs on technical components of account onboarding
  • Serve as a technical resource for AEs during sales process
  • Identify solutions for automating steps in the onboarding process
  • Make strategic recommendations to improve onboarding sequence to drive customer value during the free trial
  • 1+ years experience in marketing software for e-commerce and retail companies
  • Technical aptitude and passion for Attentive technology platform
  • Familiarity with common design best practices
  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong track record of performance and organized

About the Role

Attentive is looking for a proactive Solutions Associate to support our SMB and Mid-Market Sales Team. This role will report into the Manager, UK Implementation and will work alongside Implementation Consultants to deliver a scaled implementation experience optimized for time to value.
