Infrastructure and Network Manager M/F

Saaswedo, an entity of the EPSA group, is a cloud solution editor specializing in IT and Telecom asset management, offering innovative 100% SaaS solutions for over two decades. The Infrastructure and Network Manager, reporting to the CIO, will oversee the entire infrastructure and network lifecycle, from design and installation to documentation and operation. Key responsibilities include managing hardware/software infrastructures, databases, security protocols (ISO 27001), incident resolution, and procurement, ensuring optimal performance and security for Saaswedo's applications.

Must Have

• Conceive, install, and document all hardware/software infrastructures for Saaswedo applications.
• Supervise and operate infrastructures, implementing exploitation and supervision tools.
• Install, backup, and restore databases.
• Implement and document security rules related to infrastructures (ISO 27001).
• Analyze and resolve operational incidents, restoring impacted services.
• Manage hardware and software purchases.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an equivalent role or as a network administrator.
• Proficiency in Linux Servers (Debian, RedHat, Centos Stream), MySQL/Maria DB, FTP Server, Web Server (Apache, Nginx), SSH config, Docker, AWS (EC2, Route 53, VPC, ACM, SSM), Network knowledge (routing, VLAN, VPN, DHCP, Cisco Meraki).
• Fluent in English.

Good to Have

• Proficiency in Windows environments and Microsoft Intune.

Within our IT team and directly reporting to the CIO, you will be responsible for the infrastructure and network, from the study of its changes to its operation.

As such, your main missions will be to:

• Design, install, and document all hardware/software infrastructures necessary for the proper functioning of Saaswedo applications (servers, firewall, database, AWS products).
• Supervise and operate the infrastructures. Implement the necessary tools for operation and supervision.
• Install, backup, and restore databases.
• Implement and document security rules related to infrastructures (notably security rules defined within the framework of the Security Assurance Plan and procedures related to ISO 27001 certification).
• Analyze and resolve operational incidents (analyze user/client feedback, restore impacted services, communicate feedback to level 2 support).
• Carry out hardware and software purchases.

Qualifications

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an equivalent position or as a network administrator.

You must be familiar with:

• Linux Servers (Debian, RedHat, Centos Stream)
• MySQL / Maria DB
• FTP Server (e.g., proftpd)
• Web Server (Apache, nginx)
• SSH config
• Docker
• AWS EC2, Route 53, VPC, ACM, SSM
• Network knowledge: routing, VLAN, VPN, DHCP, and Cisco Meraki

You are autonomous, rigorous, reliable, committed, and customer-oriented.

You know how to manage incidents in crisis situations and enjoy working in a team.

Finally, your English level is fluent.

The little extra: you master Windows environments and Microsoft Intune.
