INTERN:  Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern based out of Argentina to support our recruiting team.  As a TA Intern, you won’t just observe but you’ll contribute meaningfully to our recruitment engine and people operations across India. 

What You’ll Do

• Support India-based recruiters with interview scheduling and coordination, ensuring candidates and interviewers have a seamless experience
• Assist in the University Recruiting (UR) process, including outreach, coordination and execution during peak recruiting cycles
• Act as a point of contact for candidate engagement, ensuring timely communication and professionalism
• Help operationalized recruiting workflows by keeping trackers updated, sending reminders and following up with stakeholders
• Participate in ongoing team initiatives and brainstorming to improve processes and deliver an outstanding recruiting experience
