Job Description

Join the Learning&Culture@Thales team on the Vélizy campus to create engaging, innovative, and user-centric training content. You will manage digitalization projects for learning paths, from analyzing internal requests to evaluating feasibility. You will lead e-learning projects, including framing meetings, workload planning, schedule monitoring, and ensuring quality deliverables. You will structure pedagogical paths, design storyboards, and digitalize e-learning modules using authoring tools. You will also enhance the attractiveness of pedagogical productions, gather learner feedback, contribute to communication, and monitor digital learning innovations. Additionally, you will administer the Group's e-learning platform, including content configuration, testing, publishing, and reporting.

Must Have:
  • Currently pursuing a Bac+4/5 degree in Training Engineering
  • Looking for a 6-month internship
  • First experience in e-learning path design (through an internship or academic project)
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Storyline, RISE)
  • Notions in tutorial creation, video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Adobe CC, Camtasia), graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and computer graphics

Within the Learning&Culture@Thales team, you will work in collaboration with the Learning Academy Partners to create engaging, innovative, and user-centric training content.

You will join a multidisciplinary team passionate about pedagogy.

In this context, you will be entrusted with the following missions:

Pedagogical engineering, design, and innovation:

  • Manage digitalization projects for learning paths: analyze internal requests, evaluate the feasibility and relevance of digitalization projects
  • Lead e-learning projects: framing meetings with internal sponsors, workload plans, schedule monitoring, adherence to deadlines and quality of deliverables
  • Structure pedagogical paths: pedagogical sequencing, articulation of pedagogical activities, evaluation
  • Design storyboards and digitalize e-learning modules with authoring tools
  • Develop the attractiveness of pedagogical productions (visuals, pedagogical activities, etc.)
  • Gather learner sentiment/satisfaction (surveys, polls, reporting) to optimize learner engagement
  • Contribute to the communication and marketing of digital paths in collaboration with the communication department
  • Monitor digital Learning innovations

Administer the Group e-learning platform

  • Configure, test, publish content on the LMS platform
  • Produce reports and dashboards

Your profile:

Are you currently pursuing a Bac+4/5 degree in Training Engineering and looking for a 6-month internship?

Do you have a first experience in e-learning path design through an internship or academic project?

Are you proficient in design software (e.g., Storyline, RISE…)?

Do you have notions in tutorial creation, video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Adobe CC, Camtasia), graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and computer graphics?

Are you creative? Do you like creating playful learning environments with impactful pedagogical visuals?

Your interpersonal skills allow you to methodically support stakeholders in digitalizing their content.

All our internships are formalized by an agreement and subject to gratification, the amount of which is determined according to your level of study.
