Job Description

Reporting to the Publicis Media France communication team, you will work on the visibility of media agencies within the agency. You will play a key role by participating in various projects and events ensuring good relations with media agencies.

Your missions:

• Creation and distribution of internal newsletters
• Ensuring the visibility of media agencies on the 145 campus
• Management of weekly plenaries and webinars: sending and tracking invitations, managing reminders, disseminating to group talents
• Intranet: uploading webinar presentations and updating media agency sheets (digital, OOH and DOOH)
• Participating in the organization and smooth running of events co-organized with media agencies
• Social networks: amplifying the visibility of events and plenaries

Qualifications

• Minimum Bac +3, in the field of communication/event management/advertising/marketing, etc...
• A first experience in the communication/event field
• Interest in the field of marketing, communication and media
• Proficiency in Office pack, Wordpress knowledge appreciated
• Sense of organization, ability to integrate into a team and communicate effectively
• Curiosity and proactivity in the execution of missions
