Overview
We are seeking a strategic and proactive Account Manager to join our Hong Kong team. This role sits within a dynamic group of communications experts and oversees global technology account, driving integrated PR and social media strategies that deliver measurable impact for international clients.

Responsibilities
- Act as trusted advisor to Chinese tech clients, decoding their AI-driven business goals and global market challenges.
- Drive cross-border PR-social campaigns on overseas platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit), deploying insightful campaigns for international markets .
- Lead content strategy, media outreach, and influencer partnerships across APAC, EMEA, and North America to boost share-of-voice and pipeline growth.
- Craft high-impact pitches, recaps, and growth plans; present fluently to C-level stakeholders in English and Mandarin.
- Mentor juniors, manage budgets, and ensure flawless delivery under tight timelines.
Qualifications
- Degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, or related.
- 4+ years PR/social experience in agency or in-house tech; 3+ years client-facing.
- Proven handling of Chinese tech/AI clients (telecommunications, enterprise software, fintech, AI SaaS) with global campaigns on overseas social platforms.
- Deep understanding of AI market trends, competitive landscapes, and China-to-global narrative translation.
- Strong track record in leading KOL campaigns with international influencers.
- Fluent English and Mandarin for client and regional stakeholder management, Cantonese is a big plus.
- Expert in LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit strategy and analytics.
- Data-savvy storyteller with exceptional presentation skills.
- Meticulous, proactive, and immersed in global digital and AI trends.
