Job Summary

Goliath, an international manufacturer and distributor of games and toys, is seeking a versatile and motivated Sales Support Specialist for its international Sales Support team. This role involves managing and optimizing export activities, serving as a daily point of contact for customers, processing orders, handling invoicing, and coordinating essential export documentation with the Hong Kong office. The specialist will also prepare sales reports, monitor customer payments, and support the General Manager ROW and Export Sales Manager EMEAA.

Must Have

  • Excellent command of English.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Support, Export Support, Logistics, or a similar role.
  • Comfortable in an international, multicultural environment.

Good to Have

  • Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Business Central.
  • Knowledge of additional European languages.

The Role

We are looking for a versatile and motivated Sales Support Specialist – Export & Direct-to-Retail to strengthen our international Sales Support team. In this role, you will help manage and optimize our export activities, working closely with customers, our Sales teams, and our Hong Kong office.

What you will do

  • You will be the daily point of contact for customers and handle order processing, invoicing, and follow-up.
  • You will prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • You will follow up on customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring correct and timely processing.
  • You will coordinate important export documentation (customs documents, product sheets, quotes, etc.) with our Hong Kong office.
  • You will keep documentation organized (invoices, packing slips, waybills) and ensure customers receive all necessary documents.
  • You will monitor customer payments together with our finance team in Hong Kong.
  • You will keep our forecasting system up-to-date based on input from the Sales team.
  • You will support the General Manager ROW and the Export Sales Manager EMEAA in their daily activities.
