Overview
We seek a visionary Senior Account Manager to spearhead our Hong Kong global practice, delivering strategic PR and social media mastery for Chinese AI/tech giants scaling worldwide — owning end-to-end campaign and event planning with commercial precision.

Responsibilities
- Provide C-suite strategic counsel to Chinese tech leaders, architecting AI-driven global roadmaps that dominate industry conversations across APAC, EMEA, and North America.
- Own full-cycle campaign and event planning: insight-to-brief, multi-market Gantt/timeline orchestration, budget governance, real-time optimization, and ROI attribution.
- Direct overseas platform strategy (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit), earned media amplification, and high-stakes virtual/physical events that accelerate pipeline and revenue.
- Champion new-business acquisition: craft compelling proposals, lead interdisciplinary pitch teams, and secure high-value global retainers.
- Mentor a high-performance pod, enforce planning discipline, and drive P&L growth through organic upsell and flawless multi-time-zone delivery.
- Manage and develop a dedicated team of Account Executives, imposing structured strategic frameworks, accountability, and cross-functional synergy to exceed client KPIs.
Qualifications
- Degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or related.
- 7+ years top-tier agency/in-house PR-social; 3+ years senior advisory with full campaign/event planning ownership.
- Proven strategic leadership for Chinese AI/tech accounts (telecommunications, enterprise software, fintech, AI SaaS) on global platforms with quantifiable revenue impact.
- Expert in strategic planning frameworks, critical path management, budget forecasting, crisis choreography, and China-to-global narrative translation.
- Deep command of global tech/AI ecosystems, competitive intelligence, and cross-border regulatory nuance.
- Fluent English and Mandarin, good Cantonese would be a plus.
- Mastery of LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit planning/analytics.
- Commercial strategist, decisive planner, and inspirational leader in high-pressure, multi-stakeholder arenas.
