INTERNSHIP – Trade Compliance – F/H

At the heart of the PACA region's Silicon Valley, our site brings together activities developing advanced sonars for submarines and surface vessels, as well as digital services. A pioneer in simulation products, the site leverages deep expertise in acoustics and signal processing. Within Thales DMS UWS, you will join the Trade Compliance department, integrating into a team of about twenty people.

Must Have

• Assist the TCM (Trade Compliance Manager) in implementing compliance with French regulations
• Support the TCM for compliance with foreign regulations
• Ensure the update of export control databases
• Contribute to the implementation of tools
• Participate in mobilizing and informing relevant internal stakeholders through communication or awareness actions
• Perform Trade Compliance screenings (ability of our external contacts to operate)

Within Thales DMS UWS, you will join the Trade Compliance department.

You will be integrated into a team of about twenty people.

Your missions are as follows:

• Assist the TCM (Trade Compliance Manager) in implementing compliance with French regulations
• Support the TCM for compliance with foreign regulations
• Ensure the update of export control databases
• Contribute to the implementation of tools
• Participate in mobilizing and informing relevant internal stakeholders through communication or awareness actions
• Perform Trade Compliance screenings (ability of our external contacts to operate)

Your profile

Your priority is to obtain a 6-month internship at Bac+5 level in the field of commercial and legal compliance.

You want to participate in commercial compliance management.

You have experience with:

• Office Pack and your written and spoken English and French levels are correct
• Analytical and synthesis skills

Your rigor, proactiveness, communication, and good interpersonal skills are recognized assets?
