Job Summary

Responsible for accurate and timely execution of various asset investment transactions, coordinating operations with relevant partners for account management, daily transaction docking, contract material processing, and settlement reconciliation. Handle fund allocation and transfer instructions, manage transaction ledgers to ensure efficient fund flow, complete and accurate records, and full traceability. Calculate and verify investment portfolio asset net values, regularly complete asset valuation, and prepare valuation tables and holding reports, ensuring reasonable valuation methods and accurate data. Maintain and update the investment management database, regularly prepare operational reports such as holdings, performance, and risk monitoring, respond to investment-related data query and analysis needs, and support investment decisions. Monitor various risk indicators of the investment portfolio, promptly identify and report abnormal situations.

2. Handle fund allocation and transfer instructions, manage transaction ledgers, ensuring efficient fund flow, complete and accurate records, and full traceability.

3. Responsible for calculating and verifying investment portfolio asset net values, regularly completing asset valuation, and preparing valuation tables and holding reports, ensuring reasonable valuation methods and accurate and reliable data.

4. Maintain and update the investment management database, regularly prepare operational reports such as holdings, performance, and risk monitoring, respond to investment-related data query and analysis needs, and provide support for investment decisions.

5. Monitor various risk indicators of the investment portfolio, promptly identify and report abnormal situations.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in finance, economics, accounting, statistics, or related majors.

2. Possess more than 2 years of experience in operations, settlement, or fund accounting in financial institutions or corporate investment-related positions, with preference for those with proprietary fund operation experience.

3. Proficient in common data processing tools such as Excel, highly sensitive to data, meticulous in work, with a strong sense of responsibility and risk awareness.

4. Familiar with transaction rules, settlement processes, and relevant accounting standards for major financial products in the domestic capital market.

5. Possess good communication and coordination skills, capable of efficiently collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure smooth business progress.
