Mendix is seeking an ISV Partner Success Manager to empower SaaS companies using the Mendix low-code platform. This role involves building deep relationships, guiding partners from onboarding to growth, optimizing go-to-market strategies, and ensuring partners unlock their full potential. The manager will collaborate with technical and sales teams to drive adoption, expansion, and commercial success for a portfolio of global SaaS partners.
Must Have:
  • Become a trusted advisor to your portfolio of SaaS partners, ensuring they realize the full business value of building their products on Mendix
  • Guide partners from onboarding to market launch and scale-up, driving adoption, success, and expansion potential
  • Build structured partner success plans with clear goals, milestones, and success metrics
  • Continuously monitor progress to ensure tangible business outcomes
  • Work closely with Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to ensure ISVs build high-quality, scalable, and self-sustaining SaaS solutions
  • Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) to identify and execute expansion opportunities
  • Lead go-to-market enablement for ISV partners, increasing market exposure through marketing support, marketplaces, joint GTM initiatives, and partner-driven events
  • Act as the main point of contact for ISV partners, ensuring clear communication, proactive engagement, and comprehensive understanding of account status, goals, and challenges
  • Contribute to the development and standardization of the Partner Success Management function
  • 8+ years of experience in partner success, account management, customer success, or business development roles within a SaaS or software vendor ecosystem, ideally working with SaaS vendors
  • Proven track record of driving partner revenue growth, from onboarding through go-to-market execution and expansion
  • Experience in helping software partners successfully launch and scale their products
  • Ability to translate technology into business outcomes
  • Strong commercial acumen and a clear understanding of how SaaS business models work
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Confidence to engage senior stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams
  • Structured and proactive mindset, able to build and manage partner success plans
  • Based in the Netherlands and flexible to travel as needed (approximately 20%)

As a Partner Success Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping our ISV partners succeed, enabling them to scale their SaaS offerings, accelerate their time to market and boost their sales, and deliver exceptional customer value through the Mendix platform.

As a Partner Success Manager (PSM), you’ll be part of a dynamic, high-performing, and fun team, working closely with a portfolio of global SaaS partners to guide them from onboarding through growth and renewal. You’ll help optimize their go-to-market strategies, maximize value from the Mendix ecosystem, and act as a trusted advisor to ensure alignment with business goals and shared success. Collaborating with ISV Account Managers and Sales teams, you’ll identify new opportunities, drive co-selling initiatives, and ensure every partnership delivers tangible results. You’ll help our ISV partners succeed by:

  • Becoming a trusted advisor to your portfolio of SaaS partners, ensuring they realize the full business value of building their products on Mendix. You’ll guide them from onboarding to market launch and scale-up, driving adoption, success, and expansion potential.
  • Building structured partner success plans with your ISVs, defining clear goals, milestones, and success metrics, and continuously monitoring progress to ensure tangible business outcomes.
  • Working closely with Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to ensure each ISV builds a high-quality, scalable, and self-sustaining SaaS solution. While you focus on helping them achieve commercial traction and market success.
  • Collaborating with Account Executives (AEs) to identify and execute expansion opportunities, aligning your partner success activities with broader sales objectives and revenue goals.
  • Leading the go-to-market enablement for your ISV partners by helping them increase market exposure through marketing support, onboarding in marketplaces, joint GTM initiatives with Mendix sales teams, and partner-driven events such as webinars and workshops.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for your ISV partners, ensuring clear communication, proactive engagement, and a comprehensive understanding of every account’s status, goals, and challenges.
  • Contributing to the development and standardization of the Partner Success Management function, helping define best practices, tools, and processes to scale partner success across the ISV program.

You’re the innovator we need if you have:

  • 8+ years of experience in partner success, account management, customer success, or business development roles within a SaaS or software vendor ecosystem, ideally working with SaaS vendors
  • A proven track record of driving partner revenue growth, from onboarding through go-to-market execution and expansion. With experience in helping software partners successfully launch and scale their products.
  • The ability to translate technology into business outcomes, clearly articulating how Mendix enables partners to accelerate product development and drive commercial success.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a clear understanding of how SaaS business models work, including pricing, monetization, marketplaces, and recurring revenue dynamics.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams both internally and externally.
  • A structured and proactive mindset, able to build and manage partner success plans, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for co-marketing and co-selling.
  • You’re based in the Netherlands and flexible to travel as needed (approximately 20%).
