Job Summary

The Product Management Manager in the Digital Enterprise Technology (DET) Revenue team drives the success of Salesforce's internal Quote-to-Cash platform. This role involves translating business goals into product vision, roadmaps, and user experiences, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry trends. The manager will analyze functional gaps, prioritize features, act as the voice of the customer, and establish feedback loops. A key focus is on leveraging AI-powered capabilities for product discovery and delivery, contributing to Salesforce's strategic growth and technology modernization initiatives.

Must Have

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and roadmap.
  • Analyze functional gaps and prioritize features based on requirements.
  • Act as the voice of the customer during feature grooming and sprint planning.
  • Establish continuous feedback loops with users for product enhancements.
  • Prototype using AI-powered capabilities to accelerate product discovery.
  • Conduct in-depth user research and analysis for emerging trends.
  • Identify opportunities to infuse generative and agentic AI into Q2C processes.
  • Own functional feature testing and oversee E2E and UAT efforts.
  • 6+ years of product management or related industry experience.
  • Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle and Quote-to-Cash business process.
  • Hands-on experience with generative and agentic AI tools.
  • Working knowledge of Project Management tools like GUS, JIRA, AHA.
  • Working knowledge of Design and Diagraming tools like Pendo, Lucid, Miro.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience driving product strategy, design, and vision with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience defining product requirements and converting them into solutions.
  • Experience coordinating with stakeholders outside of technology.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders.
  • Hands-on implementation experience with Salesforce CPQ or similar platforms.
  • Completion of Agentblazer Innovator modules.

Overview of the Role:

The Product Management Manager role is part of the Digital Enterprise Technology (DET) Revenue team. As a Product Manager within this organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Salesforce on Salesforce solutions that enable us to be the #1 Customer and CRM company in the world. You will be the linchpin between our product teams and the market, ensuring that our offerings align seamlessly with our business needs and industry trends.

We’re looking for a stellar Product Manager to join our DET Revenue team to build the future of Salesforce’s internal Quote-to-Cash platform. Responsibilities:

Success will be measured by how well you’re able to work with your stakeholders to drive cross-functional alignment and ship products in an efficient and timely manner.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and requirements, and translate them into a clear product vision, delivery roadmap, user experience wireframe and screen mockup, product demos
  • Analyze functional gaps between as-is and to-be state, prioritize features based on requirements, strategic goals and business feedback.
  • Act as the voice of the customer during feature grooming, sprint planning, ensuring that the engineering team understands and delivers on business expectations.
  • Establish a continuous feedback loop with our users, gathering insights to iterate on product enhancements and innovations.
  • Prototype using AI-powered capabilities, using tools like Agentforce, Gemini powered workflows to accelerate product discovery, solutioning, and delivery.
  • Conduct in-depth user research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscapes.
  • Identify opportunities to infuse generative and agentic AI into Q2C processes
  • Own functional feature testing to validate that deliverables meet quality standards, oversee E2E (End-to-End) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) efforts, and address user queries on functionality delivered.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of product management or related industry experience
  • Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle and Quote-to-Cash business process
  • Hands-on experience with generative and agentic AI tools (i.e Copilot Studio, Agentforce, NotebookLM, Gemini Pro, Cursor, or equivalent)
  • Working knowledge of Project Management tools like GUS, JIRA, AHA
  • Working knowledge of Design and Diagraming tools like Pendo, Lucid, Miro
  • Must be a team player
  • Proven communication skills
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field and a minimum of 2+ years of experience in the following:
  • Experience working with a cross-functional team to drive product strategy, design and vision
  • Experience in defining product requirements and converting/developing them into a product solution
  • Experience in coordinating with stakeholders outside of technology (end-customers, change management, legal, etc.), and guiding the team through key milestones
  • Proven communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders.
  • Hands-on implementation experience with Salesforce CPQ or any industry-leading CPQ/Quote-to-Cash platform.
  • Completion of Agentblazer Innovator modules and familiarity with building Agentforce workflows or task automation.
  • Experience owning a full product lifecycle - capturing customer feedback, shaping product requirements, driving prioritization, and executing both pre-launch and post-launch phases.
  • Salesforce Admin, Salesforce CPQ, or Agentforce Specialist certifications preferred.
