Job Summary
Valeo is seeking a Key Account Manager F/H for its Light Division headquarters in Bobigny, France. The role involves managing client accounts, negotiating prices, developing productivity plans, and handling client relations for claims and crises. The manager will also coach KAMs and ensure team training. Key performance indicators include order intake, revenue, market share, price management, and delays. Candidates should have a Master's degree in Commerce/Negotiation, 4+ years of key account management experience, and be fluent in English and French.
Must Have
- Responsible for turnover and its evolution for the client(s)
- Negotiate prices in case of modification (technical, volumes, raw materials and inflation) and any market effect
- Develop and negotiate productivity plans
- Liaise with sales administration to ensure price updates
- Manage client relationships in case of complaints and logistical and/or quality crises
- Monitor and take necessary measures to reduce delays
- Master's degree or equivalent with a specialization in Commerce, Negotiation
- Fluent in English and French
- Minimum 4 years of commercial experience in a key account position
- Good command of Microsoft Pack Office

Our site based in Bobigny (93) is the headquarters of the Valeo Light Division. This Research & Development center brings together 520 employees around the design of wiping and motor systems, as well as thermal systems for the activities of the Valeo Power Division.
We are recruiting a Key Account Manager F/H.
Your missions:
- You are responsible for turnover and its evolution for the client(s)
Operational responsibilities:
- You negotiate prices in case of modification (technical, volumes, raw materials and inflation) and any market effect
- You develop and negotiate productivity plans
- You liaise with sales administration to ensure price updates
- You manage the relationship with the client in case of complaints and logistical and/or quality crises
- You monitor and take necessary measures to reduce delays.
Team development and training:
- Coaching of KAMs
- Ensure that the team has adequate training on products and commercial skills
- Ensure the deployment of the Challenger methodology (internal reference system)
Key KAM performance indicators:
Order intake, turnover, market share, price management (SPI), delays
About you:
- You hold a Bac+5 or equivalent with a specialization in Commerce, Negotiation
- You are fluent in English and French
- You have a minimum of 4 years of commercial experience in a key account position (Key Account Manager)
- You have a good command of Microsoft Pack Office
- You have good interpersonal skills
- You make occasional business trips in France and internationally as part of your missions
