Job Description
The Lead Producer will be responsible for leading the team in creating a new experience for RPG players. This role involves leading multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring project focus and velocity, managing risk, and contributing to production processes and standards. The Lead Producer will also conduct performance reviews, prepare status reports, and create presentations. This role requires in-depth knowledge of game production and operations, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
Must have:
- 12+ years of relevant work experience
- Producer on minimum 2 published PC/Console AA/AAA Games
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
- In-depth knowledge of AA game production
- Ability to make pragmatic decisions and embrace new processes
- Experience with lean development methodologies
- Development background
- Excellent organizational skills

Job Details
We're looking for an experienced Lead Producer to join this team in creating a new experience for RPG players. The company is working to deliver a unique first title which combines influences from multiple games.
Requirements:
• At least 12 years of relevant work experience
• Producer on minimum 2 published PC or Console AA or AAA Games
• Experience with leading multi-disiplinary teams
• In-depth knowledge of AA game production and operations
• Ability to make pragmatic decisions and willingness to embrace new processes and technologies
• Experience with lean development methodologies like Agile, Scrum and Kanban
• Development background
• Excellent organizational skills
• Very good active listening skills
• Very good communicator
• Proactive mentality
• Ability to work autonomously and with little supervision
• Ability to adapt to whatever production (inevitability) throws at you during development
• Relevant bachelor or equivalent experience* Lead your team and help your team members to evolve
Responsibilities:
• Conduct performance reviews and 1on1 feedback sessions
• Responsible for production processes and standards
• Work with other producers on the project to ensure project focus and velocity is maintained
• Contribute to the project risk register and help manage risk by suggesting contingency plans
• Mentor leads and developers to give feedback
• Prepare and present status reports to management
• Create and hold presentations for the team or external collaborators as needed
