Job Description
Our client is expanding their team to work on their first title and is seeking an experienced Senior Game Programmer. The upcoming game is a tactical RPG, with the goal of providing players with an unforgettable experience. Responsibilities include developing new game features in collaboration with other developers, refactoring existing game features, assisting with technical design and planning, enforcing project code standards, fixing bugs and aiding in optimization, and mentoring other developers. The role requires excellent C++ skills and experience with Unreal Engine, alongside experience shipping games.
Must have:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with PC and/or console games
- Excellent C++ skills
- Experience working with Unreal Engine
- Shipped several games
Good to have:
- Experience working with multiplayer games
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Very good organizational and communication skills

Role responsibilities:
- Develop new game features together with other developers
- Refactor existing game features
- Assist with technical design and planning tasks
- Assist with enforcing project code standards
- Fix bugs and help with optimization efforts
- Mentor other developers
