Job Description
The job is for an experienced Producer to join the team in creating a new experience for RPG players. The Producer will be responsible for leading the team and helping team members evolve, conducting performance reviews, and managing production processes. The role requires collaboration with other Producers to maintain project focus and velocity, contributing to risk management, mentoring leads and developers, and preparing status reports. The producer will also create presentations for the team and external collaborators.
Must have:
- 7+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience as Producer or Associate Producer on published PC or Console AA Game
- Experience with leading multi-disciplinary teams
- In-depth knowledge of AA game production and operations
- Ability to make pragmatic decisions and willingness to embrace new processes
Good to have:
- Experience with lean development methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Kanban
- Development background
- Excellent organizational skills
- Very good active listening skills
- Very good communicator
- Proactive mentality

Job Details
We're looking for an experienced Producer to join this team in creating a new experience for RPG players. The company is working to deliver a unique first title which combines influences from multiple games.
Desirable skills and knowledge:
- At least 7 years of relevant work experience
- Producer or Associate Producer role on 1 or more published PC or Console AA Game
- Experience with leading multi-disciplinary teams
- In-depth knowledge of AA game production and operations
- Ability to make pragmatic decisions and willingness to embrace new processes and technologies
- Experience with lean development methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Kanban
- Development background
- Excellent organizational skills
- Very good active listening skills
- Very good communicator
- Proactive mentality
- Ability to work autonomously and with little supervision
- Ability to adapt to whatever production (inevitability) throws at you during development
- Relevant bachelor's or equivalent experience
Role responsibilities:
- Lead your team and help your team members to evolve
- Conduct performance reviews and 1on1 feedback sessions
- Responsibility for production processes and standards
- Work with other Producers on the project to ensure project focus and velocity are maintained
- Contribute to the project risk register and help manage risk by suggesting contingency plans
- Mentor leads and developers to give feedback
- Prepare and present status reports to management
- Create and hold presentations for the team or external collaborators as needed
